About the Role: Identifies, evaluates, and achieves strategic business opportunities through partnerships, lender finance, securitizations, new business initiatives, etc. to achieve the organization’s financial performance goals as well as other organizational initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Leads projects and cross-functional teams in executing strategic capital markets initiatives
• Develops, structures, and executes capital markets transactions
• Develops and cultivates capital markets relationships and strategic partnerships
• Develops a securitization / off balance sheet platform for the bank's commercial and consumer assets
• Leads the bank's warehouse lending business and develops and cultivates warehouse lending relationships
• Develops, structures and executes warehouse lending transactions
• Oversees and enhances all warehouse lending investor reporting
• Acts as a strategic partner in the creation and communication of business cases to internal stakeholders
• Establishes and structures direct and indirect partnerships with internal business teams
• Negotiates and facilitates Partnership Agreements, working collaboratively with internal and external representatives
• Performs industry research to highlight opportunities within existing lines of business and/or identify promising new verticals
• Oversees the continuous development of data analysis and modeling used for Structured Finance
• Monitors and analyzes relevant industry sectors and competitive markets, including payments, community banking, and specialty finance
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent with experience in capital markets, investor reporting, structured finance, warehouse lending or investment banking
• Knowledge of financial modeling
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail

Salary range: $104,000–$174,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
