As the Billing Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with our Sales, Finance, Development, and Operations teams to ensure our customers are provided the best possible service regarding their subscriptions and payment processing. This role is a hybrid between accounts receivable and customer service.

Responsibilities

As a CloudLinux Billing Operations Specialist, you will;

  • Daily written communication with the clients;
    • Answer client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their account
  • Process monthly invoices for customers’ orders
  • Contact customers with outstanding invoices
  • Receive and process incoming payments; regularly update accounts in the receivable database
  • Post invoices and receipts
  • Manage prepayments, multiple invoicing and updating products/services
  • Manage chargeback processing and identify any fraudulent matters
  • Document and report all billing inquiries
  • Provide progress reports to the supervisor

Our ideal candidate will have

We are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience within Accounts Receivable and Customer Support
  • Fast learning abilities, proactiveness, and eagerness to work in an ambitious, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience with subscription-based services
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for numbers and a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks; strong time management skills
  • Strong customer service experience and philosophy
  • Excellent English communication skills; written and verbal (Upper Intermediate level or higher)
  • Deep understanding of G Suite products
  • Willing to occasionally work non-standard hours
  • Knowledge of ChargeBee or other billing software is ideal
  • Experience with supplier portals like Coupa, Ariba, etc.
