• Professional Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of E-Commerce customer service experience, preferably within the Print-on-Demand sector.

• Proficiency with Freshdesk/ Zendesk/ LiveChat platforms with at least 1 year of experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Chat, Email, and Call interactions, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in English.

• Strong customer-centric orientation and a knack for problem-solving.

• Effective multitasking abilities.

• A reliable computer with a functioning headset, camera/webcam, and microphone (with a minimum of 4GB RAM; 3-to-5 hour-lasting battery life)

• A stable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps is essential for seamless communication.

• A private and quiet workspace to minimize background noise.

• Open to working across various communication channels and be flexible with your working schedule to accommodate the needs of our customers.

• It is essential that your living spaces remain minimally impacted by recurrent weather conditions or power disruptions, as seen in regions like Cagayan Valley, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas.
