
Cold Caller - Appointment Setter
Job Description
$10/hr Base + Performance Bonuses | 4 hrs/day | US eCommerce Niche
We’re hiring high-energy, persuasive cold callers to reach out to decision makers at US eCommerce brands. You’ll be given a tested pitch and full training, and your main goal is simple:
Your job -> Set at least 4 confirmed meetings per week with qualified leads.
🕒 Working Hours4 hours/day
5 days/week
Pacific Standard Time 9 AM to 1 PM
$10/hr base pay
$100 bonus for 3 confirmed meetings/week
$50 per confirmed meeting beyond that
Long term stability for callers who meet targets
Weekly payout
Use Orum to make cold calls from a lead list
Identify if the prospect is relevant (decision-maker + fit for email marketing)
Ask the right questions to uncover pain points
Spark interest in RetainIQ and keep the prospect engaged
Address common objections and doubts with confidence
Script is provided covering all these points
Book qualified meetings directly into our sales team’s calendar
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent
Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting (B2B/real estate is a plus)
Great conversational skills – you know how to ask, listen, and engage
Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to learn
Bonus: Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or sales tech tools like HubSpot, Orum, etc.
