We need Appointment Setter who can call in Australia with Australian timezone.
Scheduling Appointments: The primary responsibility is to arrange meetings for sales teams by contacting prospective clients and confirming their availability.
Identifying Potential Clients: Appointment setters research and qualify leads based on preset criteria, ensuring they target the right audience for the company's products or services.
Making Outbound Calls: They initiate contact through cold calls or emails to introduce the company’s offerings and gauge interest, aiming to convert these interactions into scheduled appointments.
Maintaining CRM Records: Keeping detailed logs of all client interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for tracking engagement and managing follow-ups effectively.
Handling Objections: Appointment setters must be adept at addressing concerns or objections from potential clients, using persuasive communication to encourage them to agree to an appointment.
