The Affiliate team at 12Go is seeking an Assistant Affiliate Manager to assist with the daily operations of various projects under the 12Go Affiliate program. This is a full-time, remote role for an Affiliate Support Manager at 12Go. As an Affiliate Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective communication for affiliate inquiries and concerns. You will maintain and update documentation like FAQs, follow established guidelines for efficient support, and coordinate with various teams to meet affiliate needs.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
  • Good critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills.
  • Enthusiasm for affiliate marketing and technology.
  • Discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good at multitasking.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical and booking-related issues through troubleshooting.
  • Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth registration and account setup.
  • Keep both internal and external documentation, including FAQs, up to date.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to affiliate inquiries, relaying internal feedback and concerns.
  • Adhere to established protocols and processes to provide efficient support to affiliates.
  • Collaborate with various teams to accurately and promptly address affiliate questions and requirements.
  • Produce clear and concise reports on all activities for key stakeholders.
  • Execute routine tasks with careful attention to detail.
