We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer (with AI experience) to design and improve Big Pay infrastructure/services to the next evolution. You will be managing AI + BE tasks. To ensure Binance Big Pay services are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable, and cost-effective. The ideal talent should have strong Backend Development experience.
100% Remote, Work from Home.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for global products using Java.
- Build a high-performance, highly available, and secure backend system to provide robust support for Big Pay Fiat business operations.
- Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of service, from inception and design, through to deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Develop and maintain tools, re-designing capacity planning infrastructure for greater scalability.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, fixing software issues, and ensuring data security, and end-to-end system architecture.
- Build production LLM systems to power business functions, from data to production, emphasizing automation and reproducibility.
- Optimize and support LLM workloads in on-prem environments.
Middleware
- Java code development experience, preferably Apache open source project developers
- Experience in high availability, high performance, and resource optimization
LLMOps
- Experience in LLM-related project architecture design, code development, and performance tuning
- Experience in LLM training and development of optimization-related platform tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java and backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, RESTful APIs).
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ), and microservices architecture.
- In-depth understanding of Linux and computer networks.
- Experience in profiling, benchmarking and optimizing ML applications.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
