Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) of Motion products, penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is remote with requirement for travel.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area and covering the entire market in Bulgaria.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.

  • Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.

  • Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.

  • Service activities onsite, commissioning and preventive maintenance of drives. Preparing comprehensive reports documenting service activities, including findings, recommendations and actions taken.

Qualifications for the role

  • Sound knowledge of industrial automation products and systems – drives, motors, PLCs and Instrumentation, related to those products tools and software and the Industrial market in general.

  • Experience in sales of industrial products and services will be a plus but is not mandatory

  • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships,

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills

  • Good level of English, both written and spoken. Bulgarian knowledge is a must.

  • Electrical, mechanical or automation engineer

  • Ability to work with time constrains and willing to travel

  • Experienced driver with clean driving license
