Senior Product Operations, Derivatives – Binance

This role focuses on derivatives product operations, strategy, and cross-functional execution to drive product adoption and growth within the Binance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Growth: Act as the expert for operations and marketing teams. You'll develop comprehensive launch plans, including user education materials and promotional campaigns, to ensure successful product adoption. You will leverage data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Product Design & Execution: You'll translate user needs into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work with our product team to ensure our derivative products are competitive and operate within acceptable risk parameters.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key interface, ensuring seamless communication and execution between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver a world-class user experience.
• Product Planning & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for derivatives products. Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Experience: minimum 5 years in product operations, preferably in derivative products such as perpetual contracts, copy trading, trading bot etc. Experience with cryptocurrencies, traditional exchange, structured product, and derivatives is highly preferred. We give priority to candidates who have designed or led successful products from 0 to 1 in the crypto or fintech space.
• Attributes: You have an outcome-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership for business growth and product revenue. You are a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to the rapid pace of the cryptocurrency industry. You possess a strong ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.
• Skills: A strong passion for and understanding of financial markets. You must be comfortable with the core concepts of interest rates and volatility, and be able to apply them to crypto assets. You're highly analytical and skilled in using tools like SQL and Excel to drive data-driven decisions. You should have outstanding communication and project management skills.
