(Senior) Product Manager, Futures backend

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like order management, risk engines, pricing models, and settlement processes.
• Work with engineering and quant teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems.
• Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading algorithms, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
