Coalition Technologies is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Remote Sales Associate to support outbound sales, prospecting, lead follow-up, and client acquisition for our digital marketing services.
This role is ideal for someone with experience selling marketing products or services, especially digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, website design, or related B2B services. You will connect with prospective clients, learn about their business goals, recommend appropriate marketing solutions, and help move qualified prospects through the sales process.
As a member of our inside sales team, you may receive ongoing commissions for new sales generated as a result of your efforts.
We are looking for talented and diligent candidates who perform well on our skills assessments. Strong skills test performance may be considered even if a candidate does not meet every preferred experience or educational background requirement.

Sales Associate Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your duties will include:
- Calling prospects from a company-provided list of businesses in focus industries and regions
- Developing prospect lists and prospecting methods based on company priorities and targets
- Using, maintaining, and improving company-provided cold calling scripts and sales materials
- Following up with every prospective client in a timely and professional manner
- Learning about prospective and existing clients’ backgrounds, products, services, and business goals
- Recommending appropriate website design, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing solutions
- Acting as an adviser or partner to prospects rather than simply a salesperson
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends and market conditions that shape client opportunities
- Supporting proper implementation and handoff of prospects to strategy team members for closing
- Providing timely and effective responses to client requests for proposals or additional information
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions
- Providing updates to management using company-supplied sales forecasting and tracking programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience selling marketing products or services
- Experience with B2B sales, outbound sales, cold calling, or lead prospecting
- Experience with lead prospecting and email marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident speaking presence, strong command of your voice, and the ability to communicate with authority
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Self-motivated, professional, and positive approach to work
- Ability to explain marketing services clearly and differentiate Coalition Technologies from competitors
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Private, reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely
- Excellent phone coverage or service from your remote work location
- Quiet working environment without background noise
- Passion for building and expanding in a startup-style environment
Preferred Skills
The following experience is preferred but not required:
- Experience selling digital marketing products or services
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, PPC, website design, or online marketing
- Experience with B2B sales of print, radio, television, advertising, or related services
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using sales forecasting, CRM, or tracking programs
- Experience preparing proposals or responding to client requests for information
Remote Work Environment
Coalition Technologies is a fully remote company. Compensation
For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
