Coalition Technologies is seeking an organized, people-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to support recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and HR-related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, hiring, candidate communication, scheduling, database management, and human resources support.

As a Recruiter, you will help draft and post job ads, review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews and skills tests, conduct Zoom interviews, maintain recruiting records, and support HR initiatives. You will also assist with employee development, training coordination, company events, exit interviews, and confidential HR documentation.

We are looking for talented and diligent candidates who perform well on our skills assessments. Strong skills test performance may be considered even if a candidate does not meet every preferred experience or educational background requirement.

Recruiter Responsibilities



As a Recruiter, your duties will include:

  • Drafting and posting job ads
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
  • Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments
  • Conducting interviews with candidates on Zoom
  • Administering skills tests
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining candidate and recruiting data in the recruiting database
  • Conducting exit interviews when employees leave the company
  • Assisting management with personnel issues and employee development
  • Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops
  • Planning and executing company events
  • Protecting operations by keeping human resources information confidential
  • Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team

Required Skills and Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring, or related HR functions
  • Passion for recruitment and human resources
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to stay highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style
  • Passion for building and growing in a startup-style environment
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power

Preferred Skills



The following experience is preferred but not required:

  • International recruiting experience
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews
  • Experience using recruiting databases, applicant tracking systems, or HR tools
  • Experience coordinating interviews, skills tests, or hiring workflows
  • Experience supporting employee training, company events, or HR administration

Remote Work Environment



Coalition Technologies is a fully remote company. Our team works remotely with the support of time tracking software, structured communication, and a company culture designed to help remote team members succeed. We have supported remote team members for more than a decade and welcome qualified applicants from around the world.


Compensation



For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
