Project Manager

Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Google Cloud to join our team. Our engagements aim to eliminate obstacles, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines for customers transitioning to Google and seeking assistance with data and application modernization. We embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects in a collaborative, co-development style. What you will do As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services, like Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, Big Query, Anthos, and our AI/Machine Learning capabilities. In this role, you will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team within Google to help gather requirements, scope engagements, plan, and deliver service offerings to accelerate the cloud adoption journey. You will utilize your relationship management, leadership skills, and technical background to lead others, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and advance projects when appropriate effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. What we need:

Must Have: Experience working with Enterprise Clients

Customer-facing experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving/managing/delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives

Experience supporting enterprise customers in one of the following: Cloud Professional Services organizations, comparable IT consulting, or program management organizations

A history of mentoring and or teaching others to use process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies

Ability to create and run measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments

Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects

Comfortable with being on video in meetings internally and with clients

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
