Product Operations - Structured Products & Earn

Overview

Responsibilities

• Strategy & P&L & Business Ownership: Own the P&L and lifecycle for Structured Products (Dual Investment, Discount Buy). Drive TVL, Volume, and Revenue by designing competitive pricing models and yield structures.
• Dynamic Strategy: Continuously adjust product parameters based on market volatility and competitor moves to maximize user appeal while managing platform risk and spread.
• Innovative Crypto Insights: Conduct deep research on DeFi (Derivatives, RWA, Lending) to identify opportunities and productize them into compliant CEX Earn products.
• 0-to-1 Product Launch Execution: Spearhead 0-to-1 initiatives. Translate complex on-chain strategies into user-friendly products, leading Quant, Risk, and Tech teams from concept to launch.
• Operational Growth & Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing to design precision campaigns. Optimize conversion funnels and retention via user education, tiered rewards, and UI/UX improvements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and VIP teams. Remove bottlenecks to ensure high-quality delivery and promotion of financial products.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3 (Top-tier CEX or leading DeFi protocols). Experience in structured products, options trading, or wealth management product design is highly preferred.
• Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of financial derivatives (especially Options), including operating mechanisms, pricing logic, and risk management.
• Crypto Native: Active DeFi user with solid knowledge of protocols like Hyperliquid, Aave, Pendle.
• Soft Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure, concurrent projects.
• Language: English/Mandarin bilingual is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
