Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to define data requirements and support business analysis and key decisions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• User conversion, behavioral preferences and segmentation analysis, and the establishment of a long-term effective data monitoring system and user operation framework, operational testing and analysis, and activity effect analysis, to evaluate operations and marketing activities with strict statistical validity standards.
• Generate business suggestions and decisions based on these analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills in English to present findings effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
• Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
