The Mission


Publitas turns static, dead PDFs into interactive, shoppable digital content discovery experiences for global brands. Our customers rely on us to ensure their digital catalogs are delivered flawlessly, on time, and without technical friction.

As our Junior Service Delivery Coordinator, your mission is to sit at the intersection of our customer success, product, and operations teams. You will ensure that customer onboarding schedules, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical delivery workflows run like clockwork. This is not a passive data-entry job; you will actively coordinate moving parts across multiple departments, spot operational bottlenecks, and help us scale our delivery velocity asynchronously.


What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)


We measure junior talent by energy, execution speed, and their ability to learn. Here is what you will achieve in your first 3 months:

  • Day 30: You have thoroughly mastered the Publitas product suite and delivery lifecycle. You understand our internal ticket workflows, customer onboarding archetypes, and have successfully shadowed 10 complex service deliveries.

  • Day 60: You are independently managing the day-to-day coordination pipeline. You are actively tracking delivery milestones, flagging SLA risks before they happen, and communicating updates clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Day 90: You are fully owning the service delivery queue. You have identified at least one major recurring bottleneck in our onboarding coordination process and used modern automation or documentation to eliminate it.
