About the Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space.
You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.

Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates.
Job Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage security services across our infrastructure
- Deploy and manage crawler applications internally
- Participate in DevOps operations, such as Kubernetes and AWS operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
- Automate processes and implement CI/CD solutions
Basic Requirements
- Experience in Python, especially for web scraping (e.g.,
requests,Beautiful Soup,Selenium,Scrapy) - Understanding of Java and Spring Boot, with the ability to read and write backend service code
- Familiarity with SQL syntax; experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus
- Familiarity with software development fundamentals: version control (Git), REST APIs, modular code design
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
- Willingness to learn, communicate, and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal or academic projects related to web crawling or backend services (GitHub or portfolio links are welcome)
- Experience with data processing libraries such as
pandas,json, and regular expressions - Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or cloud-native tools is a big plus
- If you don’t have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or cloud-native development yet — don’t worry! You’ll have the opportunity to learn and work with these technologies here.
