Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the CIS Marketing team, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
• Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);
• Assist with community growth;
• Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); at least basic user of any crypto platforms.
• Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Bilingual Uzbek/English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Fluency in Russian is a nice to have;
• Based in Uzbekistan;
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
