Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the ANZ Marketing team, focusing on affiliate, referral and growth marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, Binance user, and junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation and management of blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
• Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers and KOLs to build relationships, secure partnerships, and drive new user growth.
• Lead other referral initiatives for current users.
• Assist with community growth.
• Assist with marketing campaign executions.
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyse performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus).
• Is a current Binance user (download our app and register an account now, still counts!).
• Basic understanding of Affiliate marketing and BD/sales process.
• Ideas for how to grow the Binance user base with affiliate marketing, referral marketing and other strategies for growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Based in Australia or New Zealand.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
