As a Backend Developer, you will be part of the Integrations team.

Your Contribution Will Be

• Build and evolve high-performance APIs and microservices in Go, designed for reliability, low latency, and scale.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and services — from discovery and design to production rollout and monitoring.
• Work closely with product and business teams to translate real payment problems into elegant technical solutions.
• Strengthen and expand integration frameworks that scale across countries, providers, and complex payment rails.
• Ensure excellence in security, privacy, and data protection by applying OWASP principles and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of agile delivery, continuous improvement, and engineering craftsmanship alongside a senior team.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Proficiency using Golang.
• Adaptability to a constantly changing roadmap.
• Demonstrated knowledge using unit testing.
• Autonomy in tasks executions.
• Demonstrated knowledge using Git.
• Ability to communicate complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge using SQL.
• Postgres; willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Security on OWASP.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the payment industry.
• Experience integrating Payment Service Providers.
• Experience with Kotlin/Java.
• Knowledge in Frontend languages.
