Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises capture data and analyze customer documents. We convert documents such as invoices, ID cards, and bank statements into actionable data. Responsibilities - Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for both tech and non tech roles
- Can hire high-quality technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) and high-quality sales marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github and other non-tech platforms
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats - phone, zoom and structured
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excel at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
- Are highly detailed and process-oriented.
- Take ownership of problems and develop plans to resolve bottlenecks.
- Adapt well to a fast-growing startup culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices
