Your opportunity

We are seeking a Sr. People Operations Generalist to join our People team. The Senior People Operations Generalist is responsible for driving strategic people operations initiatives at Vytalize. Acting as an advisor and strategic partner to leaders, this role focuses on implementing and maintaining processes that elevate the employee experience in a rapidly changing and growing environment. The Senior People Operations Generalist will collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure excellence in the employee experience at Vytalize.

What you will do: People Strategy & Operational Excellence:
  • Work alongside VP, People Operations to support managers, providing insights and guidance on people operations to support the company’s growth and innovation.
  • Execute comprehensive people strategies that align with the company’s mission, goals, and vision.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Ensure all people operations initiatives, including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, performance reviews, and training, are effectively implemented and managed.
Employee Experience:
  • Implement and maintain processes and policies that enhance the employee experience, ensuring they align with the dynamic needs of a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, productivity, and morale within all teams.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Talent team to address staffing needs and support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with Vytalize managers to develop and implement performance management and employee development plans.
Change Management:
  • Champion and lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and adaptability.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all people operations projects and initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Relations and Best Practices:
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters, providing expertise on best practices and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
What will make you successful here:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business, marketing, or any other relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of evolving work experience in people operations, ideally in a start-up rapidly growing organization
  • Healthcare and technology experience not required but a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employee relations.
  • Experience with leave of absence management, ADA accommodations, and other employment matters.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and get the job done in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Coaching experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring managers
  • Microsoft Office & SharePoint experience required
  • PHR/SPHR Certification Preferred
