We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. The successful Candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of strategically partnering with hiring teams to own full desk recruiting in a high growth environment, attracting top talent in the Clinical and Behavioral Health space and driving a best in class candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health Teams - Clinical to include: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants; Behavioral Health to included Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Master Level Therapists.
  • Identify and engage top talent, assess skills and culture fit for Included Health
  • Creatively pursue and source passive Candidates.
  • Ability to develop relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnership with key external agency partners.
  • Provide a positive experience for Candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Engage with employees in creative, fun ways to promote a strategic referral program
  • Partner with Analytics to regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with key internal stakeholders
  • Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate successful offer acceptance with finalist Candidates
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, at least 3 years as a full-cycle Recruiter working with Clinicians, Behavioral Health and/or Medical Field.
  • Ability to sell Included Health, our value proposition and “voice” in a highly competitive hiring market
  • Experience running multiple reqs and managing candidates with the ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and the broader team
  • Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on evolving hiring demand.
  • Solid track record developing Candidate pipeline specifically related to passive candidates
  • Comfortable rolling up their their sleeves and partnering with the team to drive process improvements and efficiencies with our workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Preferred knowledge/experience with Lever or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Act with sense of urgency and a competitive mindset.
