As a Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Manager of Recruiting Operations, you are integral to the long-term growth and success of Spring Health. To succeed in this role, you are self-driven and motivated with a high degree of ownership, you love being productive and detail-oriented, and you have a remarkable ability to multitask without hindering quality. You also possess an upbeat attitude and interpersonal skills that will enable you to work with all levels of employees. You take the initiative, demonstrate discretion and solid independent judgment, and can operate in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing:- Deliver a world-class candidate experience as the face of Spring Health's employer brand, often engaging directly with senior and executive-level candidates
- Exercise independent judgment in responding to escalations involving internal and external stakeholder management
- Solve a high volume of complex interview scheduling problems
- Serve as the point person for our background check process (tracking, reviewing, taking appropriate action on background checks, updating hiring managers, etc.)
- Manage the new requisition and job posting process for your aligned business teams
- Respond to, advise, and consult candidates in a timely manner regarding their interview process and current application status
- Manage highly sensitive data, including personally identifying information and compensation information, to facilitate the Spring Health job offer process
- Make travel arrangements for candidates as needed
- Assist with Recruiting events as needed
- Efficiency in Coordination: This includes effectively scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics for candidates (like travel arrangements, accommodations), and ensuring timely communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Providing a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process is crucial. This involves prompt responses to inquiries, clear communication about next steps, and ensuring candidates feel valued and respected.
- Collaboration and Communication: Building strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process, including proper documentation and compliance with hiring regulations.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Being able to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected challenges during the recruitment process, and find solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Ultimately, success as a Recruiting Coordinator revolves around effectively supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders, contributing to the hiring of quality talent, and continuously improving processes and outcomes.
What we expect from you:- 1+ year(s) of experience in coordination
- Ability to work between the hours of 9:30-5 pm PST with opportunity for occasional overtime if the business need arises
- Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Experience working with an ATS or CRM product preferred
- Experience working within a queue system (e.g. Jira) preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong detail orientation as well as organizational skills
- Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Ability to multitask
- Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing work environment
- Deep care and ownership over the candidate's experience in our hiring process
The target base salary range for this position is $29.64-$36.64, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
