ABOUT THIS ROLE:
  • Manually review websites using defined checklists. Complete these tasks on various browsers and devices to identify issues relating to user experience, responsiveness, manufacturer requirements, industry best practices, client requests, or other defined standards.
  • Report issues found to developers or other internal teams to resolve. Verify the fixes have been made.
  • Perform minor fixes and updates within the website platform and internal systems.
  • Test new enhancements made to our websites or other products, ensuring desired changes work as intended, and also ensuring existing functionally is not negatively affected by any changes.
  • Complete audits on websites based on requirements changes or other internal needs
  • Communicate comfortably with members of various internal teams and operate on a cross-functional team within production.
  • Maintain a working understanding of each product on the Dealer Inspire/CARS platform.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal documentation and process changes.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to hit key milestone dates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess keen analytical/problem-solving skills and enjoy challenges
  • Ability to follow outlined processes and demonstrate good judgment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently the majority of the time
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work
  • Ability to work well under pressure and learn quickly to meet set deadlines
  • Ability to adapt well to change in the work environment, process, or priorities
  • Possess basic understanding of website development process
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Website Quality Control experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, Wordpress, and Atlassian preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
