Job SummaryThe Plan Document Coordinator is responsible for preparing SBCs, plan documents and amendments for client benefit plans for complex and/or large cases.Required Job Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
- Solid understanding of benefit plan designs
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines
- Ability to investigate and problem solve
- Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Proficient in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to provide exemplary service to internal and external customer
- Detail oriented, organized and strong analytical skills
- College degree or advanced education in the insurance industry (CEBS, HIAA, or LOMA)
The compensation range for this Plan Document Coordinator role is $20.71 to $38.89. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
