As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing our operational efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
- Administer employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, parental leave, and other leave policies
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee leaves
- Develop, update, and communicate company policies and procedures
- Maintain and update the employee handbook to reflect current practices and legal requirements
- Coordinate and manage review cycles, including performance evaluations and promotion processes
- Oversee compensation initiatives such as raises, salary banding, and releveling to ensure fairness and competitiveness
- Track and analyze key people metrics such as retention rates, headcount planning, and budgeting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure company compliance
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage any offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a respectful exit experience for departing employees
- 4-6 years of experience in a People Operations or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processing, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
