MBA Internship 2025 - IESE Business School

We are seeking ambitious first-year MBA students from IESE Business School to work in one of our offices worldwide as MBA Summer Associates. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advise our clients on a range of strategic topics and assist in their implementation. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing and evaluating the current company situation, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing strategies to enhance our customers' growth and competitiveness. This role will provide you with the chance to take on responsibility and showcase your expertise in engaging projects.

Join our dynamic team for eight to twelve weeks and get a true sense of our corporate culture. Afterwards, you can decide for yourself whether Roland Berger is right for you. Outstanding MBA Summer Associates will be offered a full-time contract.
