MARKETPLACE MANAGER Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote (9am-5pm CET)About Us:

Known for innovation and quality, they are dedicated to constant product evolution and have partnered with professional sports clubs, delivering high-performance nutrition products across Europe and beyond. They are now expanding their international online presence and looking for an expert in e-commerce management to drive this growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Global Marketplaces: Oversee and develop the company’s presence on Amazon and other international online marketplaces, ensuring growth and efficiency in all processes.

  2. Product Launches: Lead the implementation and management of new product listings on various global platforms.

  3. Monitor Competitors: Regularly monitor company and competitor products on international marketplaces to ensure competitiveness.

  4. Performance Analysis: Plan, manage, and analyze product and campaign performance, creating data-driven reports to inform strategic decisions.

  5. Boost Online Sales: Execute sales activities to enhance online sales channels and increase revenue.

  6. Scale Product Portfolio: Lead the international scaling of the product portfolio across online marketplaces.

  7. SEO & Product Data: Optimize product data for SEO across global marketplaces to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.

  8. Review Management: Handle reviews on international marketplaces, ensuring positive engagement with customers.

  9. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with SCM, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive execution across all departments.

  10. Strategic Reporting: Provide regular updates to the International Head of eCommerce and the C-Level team on all e-commerce activities and developments.

    Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on e-commerce

  • Relevant professional experience in managing brands and products on marketplaces (Amazon, Otto, eBay, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Amazon mechanisms and marketplace trends

  • Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis

  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems

  • Familiar with terms like A+ Content, Bestseller Flag, Buybox, and FBA

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English

  • Sales- and result-oriented working style
  • Proactive with the ability to generate and pursue new ideas
