Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s digital presence and engaging with a discerning clientele. Responsibilities- Craft engaging organic content for social media platforms, including eye-catching posts, reels, and accompanying copy
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic social media presence
- Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture customer relationships
- Support the setup and optimization of marketing funnels and automation processes
- Contribute fresh, SEO-friendly content to the website (new page content & blogs), enhancing user experience and driving conversions
- Provide light design support using tools like Canva, maintaining brand consistency across all materials
- Collaborate closely with business owners to align all content with the luxury brand image and vision
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and conversions
- Ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed
- Proven experience in creating social media content, preferably for luxury or home decor brands
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and familiarity with automation tools
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for a high-end market
- Basic design skills and experience with user-friendly design tools like Canva
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work
