Position Overview:As a Lead Review and Enrichment Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our lead qualification process, ensuring that only the highest quality property leads make it to our sales team.
Your keen eye for detail and swift decision-making skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our data and accelerating our sales pipeline.
You must speak and write English fluently.Key Responsibilities:Rapidly review and validate new property leads (45-60 seconds per lead)
Utilize advanced techniques like Google Maps analysis and reverse image search to verify property locations and addresses
Conduct swift financial assessments of properties based on ADR, occupancy rates, and revenue projections
Identify and manage duplicate leads to maintain database integrity
Identify Short-Term Rental jurisdictions of leads
Enrich lead data using various tools and manual research methods
Ensure seamless data flow between WanderOS (WOS) and Hubspot CRM
Sharp attention to detail coupled with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Analytical mindset with a talent for quick, accurate decision-making
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes rapidly
Problem-solving skills to tackle data discrepancies and unique challenges
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and suggest improvements
Process 60-80 leads per hour during initial review stages
Manually enrich 15-20 incomplete leads hourly
Maintain 95%+ accuracy in lead qualification and data entry
