Triple Whale is looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Content to lead our content strategy and drive engagement across multiple channels. You’ll join an established, growing, and super collaborative marketing team. Previous experience in a senior content role specifically at a SaaS company is required to apply. This role is fully remote.
As Head of Content you will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business growth.Leadership: Lead and mentor our content marketer and outsourced team for social, website, and SEO. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content across various formats (blogs, articles, social, video).SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic reach and employ analytics to measure content performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with company goals and resonates with target audiences.Brand Voice and Standards: Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content adheres to our quality standards and guidelines.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content strategies to keep Triple Whale Inc. at the forefront of content marketing.
Qualifications:* Proven experience in a senior content role at a SaaS company (experience at an ecommerce SaaS startup a huge, huge plus).* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading content teams.* Expertise in content creation, SEO, content marketing, and performance analysis.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.* Proficient in using analytics tools to measure content performance and drive continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
