DescriptionMPLC is the market leader in non-theatrical licensing. We are on a mission to enable companies to use world-class film and television entertainment while supporting the creative industries and protecting their intellectual property. At its simplest, companies around the world use TV and films to help their business. Whether it is gyms trying to create a great environment for their customers or employers making their staff/break rooms/call centers a better place to be, hundreds of thousands of companies show content in public spaces. US Federal copyright law requires that a public performance license is needed and MPLC provides the compliance solution. Great content can only be made if creators are paid fairly for what they produce. So we provide a simple, affordable license to businesses. We then pay royalties from our license to our rights holders; from major Hollywood studios to local TV production companies. Without MPLC, these performances would still occur. But they would infringe copyrights and deprive our rightsholders' of the money they are entitled to. Our license enables customers to run their businesses compliantly and with peace of mind.

Our sales team is full of strategic, sales consultants and educators. Tenacious trailblazers. Explorers. Team players. Articulate communicators and patient, empathetic listeners; and we are looking to hire another Enterprise Account Executive into the team!
What's the situation?Target High-Value Accounts:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients from Fortune 1000 companies, across diverse industries, and government agencies (state and federal).
Drive Revenue Through Public Performance Licences:
  • Identify and target corporations legally obligated to purchase public performance licenses for their offices and employees.
Master the Outreach Process:
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach sequences, including sales automation technology email and phone calls, to effectively connect with high-level decision-makers.
Build and Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline:
  • Proactively qualify and nurture leads to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
Secure High-Impact Deals:
  • Employ strategic negotiation skills to close large deals and consistently exceed sales quotas. (Our uncapped commission structure rewards top performers!)
Foster a Collaborative Sales Environment:
  • Actively share best practices and insights with colleagues to continuously optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.
