Job Description for Digital Marketing Creator / Digital Designer
Responsibilities:
Create approximately 25 different video concepts or creatives per week for ad testing
Design graphics and images for various digital advertising platforms, primarily Google Ads
Produce occasional social media content, including one reel per week
Utilize design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality ad visuals
Adapt designs and concepts based on client feedback and performance data
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual content
Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong creative skills with a portfolio demonstrating a range of digital ad designs
Understanding of digital marketing principles and current design trends
Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication skills in English
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with Google Ads and social media platforms is a plus
Scope:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Remote work with flexible hours, aligning with Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Primary focus on creating video ads and graphics for digital marketing campaigns
Secondary tasks include social media content creation
Collaboration with agency owner and potentially other team members
Continuous learning and adaptation to new design trends and platform requirements
