Crypto Operations Manager

Location: Dubai or Istanbul

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings and user experience.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless fiat currency transactions (deposits and withdrawals).

3. Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize operational efficiency.

4. Drive initiatives to improve the scalability and efficiency of crypto operations.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in the crypto industry.

2. Background in exchange product operations is highly preferred.

3. Familiarity with fiat currency on/off ramp processes is a plus.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

5. Proven track record of delivering results and managing projects in crypto space. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are mandatory.

6. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
