The Role:In this role, you must have a strong background in B2B copywriting, content distribution, customer acquisition, and have a clear grasp of branding and design best practices. You should also thrive in a fast-paced environment and nurture a collaborative and agile approach.
This is truly a cross-functional role where you will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to produce dynamic, human-centric content that accelerates pipeline and influences revenue. You’ll also help build the company’s presence across earned and owned channels such as email, social media, web, in-person events, and more.

What You’ll Do:- Drive, develop, and execute content marketing programs for prospective Carrot customers that align with the broader strategic objectives. Evaluate and evolve all aspects of this plan, including continually reviewing feedback and analytics; researching current and evolving audience needs; and partnering with our go-to-market teams to drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts such as clinical providers, marketing operations, PR and events managers, and product marketers to write and create various content assets. Examples include bite-sized videos for social media, podcast and webinar scripts, case studies, clinical research summaries, nurture emails, member and customer stories, and blogs for HR leaders.
- Create a high volume of content on an ongoing basis to attract, nurture, and convert prospective buyers into Carrot customers.
- Partner with SEO, ABM, and broader marketing team to optimize and execute a multi-channel content distribution strategy (through social media, organic search, paid placement, email campaigns, etc.)
- Manage a multi-channel content calendar, ensuring not only timely execution but also alignment to the overall content strategy.
- Own the day-to-day for content creation tasks, including managing the intake of ad hoc content requests, shepherding content through the production process, and providing editorial feedback to ensure clarity and alignment with brand tone and voice.
- Use project management software as part of the content creation, editing, and production process such as Asana, Figma, Marketo, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proactively cultivate a growth mindset, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn more about our customers, product, and the global fertility benefits landscape.
- Report on content performance using data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaigns or concepts.
You will partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Product Marketing, Growth & Engagement, Partnerships, and Customer Success to develop and implement content marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of individual contributor experience in a role where you independently developed and executed content marketing programs end-to-end.
- Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS.
- An excellent writer. You will be expected to write guides, case studies, website copy, landing pages, social media posts, and more.
- Experience leveraging AI for content ideation, improving operational processes, and discovering content marketing opportunities that influence pipeline.
- Working knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or a similar tool.
- Ability to distill clinical or scientific research and complex data into digestible written resources.
- Ability to blend marketing, art, and science to deliver impactful, data-driven lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue results.
- Comfort and flexibility with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment.
- An exceptional project manager with an ability to independently manage logistics, multiple projects, and evolving business needs.
- Experience with multimedia content creation such as video and audio for podcasts and social media.
- Experience with content platforms like Showpad, ContentStack, or PathFactory
- Working knowledge of branding, UX/UI design, graphic and illustration design
- A background in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing

The expected base salary for this position will range from $115,000.00 - $135,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
