As a 3D Generalist, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality 3D content. You will be responsible for creating and texturing 3D models of characters, environments, and props, and will be involved in multiple aspects of the 3D pipeline.
Job requirementsWhat you’ll be working on:Modeling and Texturing: Create hi-poly and low-poly 3D models, textures, and materials for props, environments, vehicles, and characters.
Rigging: Develop and implement rigs for character animation, including exporting rigged characters and facial animation.
Lighting: Set up and adjust lighting to enhance the visual appeal of scenes.
Rendering: Render high-quality images and animations.
Asset Creation: Develop assets for virtual reality applications for mobile, VR headsets, PC.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D production.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements.
Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role.
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
Strong skills in modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering.
Strong artistic skills and a good eye for detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
Familiarity with Unity.
Nice to have:
Experience with creating materials and shaders.
Knowledge of visual effects techniques and simulations.
Familiarity with the Unreal Engine.
